Hi,
My name is Ahmet Can Aydemir , and I'm a Software Development Engineer II at Amazon, based in London. I work on the platform behind Fire TV. The product ships on Fire OS and Vega OS, runs on millions of devices, and most of my code is invisible to the people using it.
Before London I was in Istanbul, working on backend systems at Hepsiburada and Teknasyon, and on tooling at P.I. Works during university. Since 2017 I've also run kodvizit on the side, a small product I built that runs in 300+ schools in Türkiye.
My main interests are distributed systems, low-level platform work, Go, and the small details that make software feel right.
